Switch credit card info to a new account?

If I somehow manage to delete my credit card info from my current account, will I be able to use it on a newer account? I would just delete the old one but Spotify makes you jump through a lot of hoops just to try and delete something that they shouldn't really even have to delete themselves, we should be able to do it at a click of a button not have to submit a request and then wait around for days.
