Trouble for purchase premium account

Trouble for purchase premium account

Please help me someone who know to end of this kind of problem, I gonna explain for the begin, I created a account with my facebook and for a while I purchase the account premium with my credit cards information, however I delete my facebook account, now I create a new one account that don't have no one bond with facebook and when I put de same credit cards informations which I used before, I can't get the premium account.

 

Note: I put my full name, adress and credit information but in final pops up to me a message said that I put that same information before and for me know more I have to "click here" and I am redirected for the same page which I put the informations before.

 

Someone know what I have to do?

Hey @IagoSpotify,

 

You're receiving the error message because you've used the payment method for a similar offer previously so i'd recommend trying to use an alternate payment method 🙂
