Unable to buy Premium on my account.

I have a problem. when i first got spotify i didnt have any problems buying Premium, but a while ago it stoped working. When im trying to buy Premium it says that there is no money om my card, buy there is. If I make a new hotmail, facebook and spotify account entering the same card details without transfering money or something like that it works like a charm. What is the problem?

Hi _FriLL_ - I can see you've tried to upgrade a couple times. 

In addition to making sure your card has funds, please be sure it meets all of these requirements. Then give that another go from your subscription page.
