Unable to log in to premium account

I have a Premium Account but my wife and son are unable to log in to Spotify using Facebook. The message, "Login failed. Error: 404." I have reinstalled Spotify and done a whole lot of other stuff on Facebook too. No Joy. Getting frustrated. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi @EmBarGo. Sorry to hear that your wife and son are having troubles accessing their accounts. Few questions for you to try and get this sorted.

• Are you all trying to share a single premium account, or do you each have unique accounts?
• Is everyone using premium, or is it just you?
• If they have their own accounts, were they originally created through Spotify, or Facebook?
