Unable to log in.

I use the free app for half an hour and I didn't have any problems until now.

• I enter the correct username and password (it's okay on my tablet), I don't use an e-mail or Facebook
• It says "Unable to login. Either username or password is incorrect"
• Often it just crashes out, so I have to log in again.
• Also it can say that I'm offline but I've got perfect internet connection
• I tried to log in thousands times, rebooted my phone, reinstalled the app and even data reset didn't help.      

 Nothing works. Help me, please. I'm about to end up my life.
