Unreadable pin on giftcard

I bought a giftcard and the pin is not readable so unfortunately it won’t work online when I try to redeem it. Since there seems to be zero customer service help, can anyone help me? I have 11 characters, but the first one looks to be a combination of a B and maybe a 7.
