Unwanted double payment

Unwanted double payment

Hello,

 

A few days ago, I purchased Premium for 1 month and it charged me two times. I have 2 different receipts in my email with 2 different ordernumbers. I would like my $10 back please. I hope this will be resolved quickly.

Hi,

 

Please submit a support ticket using the contact form, which can be found here: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/

 

You will need to include your account details (username+password), and the fact you are receiving 2 bills (which is probably due to the fact that you accidentally signed up twice). This way your problem will be fixed faster hopefully.
