What happened to my Premium?

Hi!

I purchased Spotify Premium on May 3rd and got an e-mail receipt telling me that the service would be renewed every month until I choose to cancel it. But now I'm told I'm using Spotify Free and all my music has disappeared, what am I supposed to do?

Please help me!

Check your subscription status - under the drop down menu at the top right of this page (the one showing your username) click Subscription.

When you get to the subscription page it will tell you whether you are still on Premium or have reverted to Free. Check the Invoices link from there to see if a payment was successful this month.

It seems that your next payment wasn't able to process. You might need to check some things on your card -

1. Your card must not have expired. If you have received a new card, please update your card details on your Subscription page: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

2. The country set in your Spotify account profile must match the country where your card is registered. If you intend to use a payment method in another country, you can make this selection on your Subscription page (We can only accept payment from our launch countries).

3. Your card should be enabled for e-commerce transactions (Verified by Visa/Mastercard securecard card).

4. Your card must be open to be used for foreign purchases.

5. There are some banks that require other security authentifications, the most common one being 3DSecure.

Just had the same problem, for over two weeks now. Yet, my account shoes that I paid in May for my premium, and My card is still valid. 

 

Given this situation, I want to unsuscribe, but how can I unscribe if I'm not registered anymore? I can't access to any of my receipts, and I can't see no credit card registered.
