What the heck. End of Premium and after SECOND upgrade, no music.

I use Spotify on my phone at work, where I don't have an internet connection. I signed up for the free trial and spotify premium so that I could listen to music while sitting at my desk job. Today I log in, and suddenly no Spotify premium (even though I already put my payment information into the system). I log in on my computer and see that I've been kicked back down to Spotify Free. OK... so I sign up AGAIN. I get a message saying that my service will be renewed until 2-24-2014. Really? I have to sign up for Premium every month? That doesn't make any sense.

Meanwhile, my iPhone is still not recognizing that I have Spotify Premium and is telling me that all of the 600 songs I had synced are unavailable offline. I'm sure they were delightfully deleted when I was inexplicably downgraded to Free despite my efforts to be a paying customer.

Not sure what has happened here, or if you have more than one account. I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can check this out for you. You shouldn't have to resubscribe every month (unless paying via eCard/gift card).

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
