Won't let me get new premium offer

So I saw the new premium offer which is 3 months for 99c. I logged into my account and it said I am not eligible for the offer. I've never used an offer like that before, only the normal premium for 9.99 euro a month. I really want to get the new one I don't know why it won't let me

Hi Debbieez, usually offers like this are only for "first-time" premium users.
