Wont let me cancel premium!!!! and i dont want to be charged again someone plzzz help

So I canceled my subscription to premium or so i thought i even got to the last page tht said I cancled. But yet when I go to my spotify player at the top it still says I  am a spotify premium user  all i want is to be spotify free again because I dont want  it to keep charging me when i did cancel.

Your account will stay premium until you have used up the rest of your current month. Check on the subscription page to make sure you are cancelled and what the premium end date is

It took me 3 attempts to finally get my sub cancelled (and yes I was billed again despite cancelling several weeks ago).

After the second attempt today it finally accepted my cancellation request.
