Wrong Country in Account

Wrong Country in Account

I have moved from the US to the UK, and Spotify has quit working for me. When going to update my account, the country option that I was given was France (and, curiously, the Month for my Birthdate was in some Russian-based language). I am unable to change my country on my account from France to the UK (as it is greyed out). I submitted an email to support, however the email I received in response was a) in French, and b) told me to come to the community for help (with no mention of "someone will email you to help fix this issue). Help?

Don't worry! You must reply back to this email (even if it's from no reply), when you do that, one of the employees of the Support team will reply back to you ASAP.

What about others with same problem? I have the same problem and who the f*** do I email??

You should contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares.
