account doesn't exist

It says my account doesn't exist when I try to sign in online even though I'm signed in on my phone, laptop, and iPad.

You can log in to the website to check your account status here:
https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

 

If you have trouble logging in to the website, please contact support using this link:
https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/

 

Make sure you are logged out of any Spotify accounts when using the contact form or the username and email field will not appear. This is important so that you can enter the information for the account you are having trouble with. If you are logged in to a different account that is not experiencing the issue, the information from that account will be used and support will be confused.

 

If you receive an auto-reply email asking you to check the help section or community, you should respond, even if it is from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually responds within 24-48 hours.
