bad gate way can't access my account

I'm trying to cancel my subscription and cannot even access my account page. I see this is not just my problem.

Can you please fix this problem and cancel my premium subscription as soon as possible?

Trying to renew my premium account, which failed to be paid for theis month for some unknown reason.

I've been trying to fix this all day (03/04/2014) and keep getting BAD GATEWAY at every turn.  Slacker is really looking better and better and I don't even particularly like it....

Please help, I just want my music!

Okay, now I can't even log on to the free account (which is all I have left apparently).

What is up with this awful service?  Please help, I can't even get to the real customer support page because of the ominous BAD GATEWAY on every site.

I'm trying to do the same thing and have the exact same problem. Error switches between 502 and 504.

Decided to get back into running tonight.. trying to upgrade my account so I can listen to my playlists on the run. Getting Bad Gateway everytime....... don't you guys want my money??

I can confirm that there seems to currently be a server problem.

These errors are usually just temporary when they happen.

If there is indeed a problem that needs fixing Spotify will try to fix it as soon as possible.

I'm trying to upgrade. I WANT to give you guys my money. Spotify guys, can you hook me up with a 48 hour free trial in the meantime? I'd really like to use spotify on my run tonight.

I too am having this problem for 2 hours. I cleared cache and I've tried to access from several different sources. Can't get in to upgrade to premium.

Me too I cant access my account to cancel my subscription.  If I cant access my acount soon, Spotify will be taking another months payment. Its not that i dont like Spotify, I do. but i just dont listen to music enough to warrent  a payable account

I got an email notification and tried to disable it, but I keep getting a 502 gateway error on the account page.

I initially started trying to log in while travelling to find that my subscription expired. i managed to finally get passed error 408 and 502, but now I cant seem to reupdate my card info wothout being redirected to.... why its not available in japan , to enjoy spotify while traveling upgrade! but im trying to upgrade! takemy money!

the card and account are based in the US. Im currently in JAPAN. I cant even input my card though, everytime i click add a new card i get thrown back to the main screen that says spotify is not available in my country.... buti can still sign in and access my account information

Having the same issue here....I can't access my account and I tried successfully resetting my password and still nothing.....I can see my profile but not access music....it keeps throwing me back to login!?!?
