Free 30-Day trial not working

I signed up for the 48 hour trial, that went well. But then today, 9-10-12, I signed up for the 30-day trial. I put in all my info and it said I was good to go. When I open the app it says my trial has ended. Please help?

Charged two times in two days!!!!

I just saw on my credit card bill that Spotify charged me 99 SEK on April 3rd and 99 SEK on April 4th.... What the **bleep**? I've been apaying customer for almost 3 years now, and I have no idea why they would charge me double the amount???Any help?
