can't download songs

Ey, recently i have upgrade my license to Premium.

when i want to download a song i recieve an error message: its imposible to download at this time.

this message is been there for a week now.

I think you are attempting to purchase those tracks using the built in downloads service in Spotify, which is no longer available worldwide. That download service which has been removed was used to purchase and download tracks as mp3's outside of your premium subscription.

Spotify premium gives you unlimited high quality ad-free streaming on the desktop and mobile applications, as well as the ability to mark playlists to be available offline to be downloaded to your devices so you can listen when you don't have an internet connection. You can do that by pressing the "Available Offline" slider on any playlist. Spotify premium does not give you access to mp3 downloads of tracks, if you want those you will need to get them from another source.
