I have 3 accounts. I have cancelled one account with maxis in December 2016 but I am still being charged. I AM NOT HAPPY. I want a refund and a cancellation pls. How do i proceed

If you believe you are eligible for a refund and you want to make sure your payments are canceled, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
