does anyone know how to cancel Spotify subscription needing a good customer service number

I need Assistance with cancellation of service I do not recall giving Spotify authorization to take money from my bank account please assist me as soon as possible and cancelling the service and receiving credit for money taken thank you for your assistance

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Did you make sure to cancel your subscription properly? You should have got a confirmation email after you did it. Have you got one of them? If you don't, the cancellation won't have worked, so do give it another whirl.

As for the refund, I'll escalate this to the staff and get back to you soon.

I am having the same problem, except every possible way to cancel on the app and the website are not working.I have yet to find a button or anything that says cancel subscription or anything like that. My trial ends tomorrow 5/15/15 I really need to know how to cancel the sisubscription before I am charged.

If you don't see a cancel option,

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

I went to the website buy there is no cancellation option, they make it impossible to cancel your subscription!!!I did not subscribe through an iPhone or iPad....▪▪▪▪▪Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to cancel or a good customer service number....   HELP#####
