If you cannot log in to your account, can you try resetting your password here? If that doesn’t work, repeat the same steps using a different browser or private window. 

if you’re still having trouble, can you send me a screenshot of any error messages you’re seeing when you try to log into your Spotify? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
