Hello,
I've registered my Spotify account when I was in UK for a few months. Now I tried to use Spotify in Poland, but I had a problem, because I was in a different country and I couldn't go online. I changed my settings, but it didn't help. It was still in offline mode. So I have decided to reinstall Spotify. But now, when I log in with my email address, I don't have anything, any playlists or friends connected with my account. It is like the new account with the new number (1185106813). I can see that my old profile (1171995757) exists, but I cannot log in to this one. It's like double account, connected to the same fb account. Is there any way I can get my old account back?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into fixing it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
