Hi there,

 

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

In that case I'd recommend cancelling your subscription and waiting until it expires. Don't worry - you get to keep all your liked songs, saved albums, playlists and podcasts; you only lose the content you had downloaded for offline listening.

 

When it does and your account switches to Free, you can change your country by following the steps here and resubscribe with the new payment method. You can also redownload your previous content for offline listening.

I cant change my payment method because my country was automatically settled as US, I canโ€™t change the country neither because in the country list, only appears US, so I live in argentina and I cant use or pay a plan because my Argentinian credit cards are rejected because my country is US, so I donโ€™t have any chances to use the account. The account was created from argentina, but the country was inserted by Spotify as US. What do I have to do?
