i upgraded to prime on my mobile phone with payment details

I agreed to try the 1 month trial for prime, and get it on my mobile phone and Alexa but when I try to get prime on my pc it wants me to open another payment agreement.

Thanks for taking the time to post in the Community!

If you're seeing Premium on mobile, but not on your PC and you're being asked to subscribe again there, then it's very likely that you're logged in to a free account on the computer. No worries. 

On your phone, go to Settings > Account in order to see the credentials of the Premium account and use them to log in on to the computer. If needed, you can reset the password here.
