spotify keeps unblocking a profile

i have a profile blocked, but every time i go back to check since even with blocking, they somehow access my profile, it always says unblocked. i don't know if it's unblocking them just when i go back to check, or if it automatically unblocks them if they block me as well or something.

Thanks for reaching out. Just to clear things up, this profile shouldn't be showing as unblocked, even if they blocked you. Can you let me know if it shows as unblocked right when you block it, or does it take a bit? Also, can you let me know which device you're checking this from? Could you try a different device to see if it happens too?

it takes a while. i tried on both my laptop and my phone and it seems to only happen on my phone.
