unable to log in

i am not able to log in anymore. there must be something wrong with my email address when i registered. if i type my email address in the form you use when you forget your password, it says the email address is not associated with any active account? and because i am not able to log in, i cannot change my email address or password. can someone help?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Have you tried signing in with your Spotify username? Spotify does have email verification to check the email address is valid but the username should work if not

hi anthony, thanks. yes i have tried to sign in with my user id but the interface says error code 410. i ask to reset the password but the system probably send an email to a wrong email address and i am not able to reset anything
