upgraded to premium but now spotify not working!

hello, i upgraded to premium a couple of weeks ago...then upgraded the spotify and now i cannot use spotify at all because my operating system is too old for the new version 😞

so now im paying for premium and i cannot use it.  i want to try to get my money back...but i cannot find who to contact.

can you help?  please?  also is there anyway of getting tho old version back?

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no official way to downgrade spotify, but if you google it there is probably a download for the older version.

It doesn't take long, but if you want to keep premium you can still use it on your mobile device fine 🙂 .
