want to upgrade to premium!?!

ok so i bought a vanilla visa gift card (25$) to upgrade to premium but everytime i try its declined!?! is there any way that i can get this to work

I am not sure if Spotify accept pre-paid cards or not. 

I would suggest you drop the payments team a message using the online contact form and they will be able to offer assistance.
