A Facebook has occurred." HELP

Had to delete then redownload Spotify to my HTC. Used to be able to log in with Facebook, now I keep getting eroor message. Can I just disconnect my Facebook and create an account using a username without losing my playlists?

What is the exact error message?

You can create a new non-facebook linked account but you will probably need to use a different email address. Your playlists are linked to your existing account so you would need to follow yourself to get access to these. Most of this is described here.
