A song I added to my playlist can be played on pc nut not on my phone

My Question or Issue

I added a song to my playlist, and can listen to it on pc, but on my phone, it's greyed out and I can't play it. I can play it normally by searching for it, but I can't play it from within a playlist.

This is quite odd. To start off, it's always worth performing a clean reinstall to clear any damaged cache that may be causing this. If you use a VPN on your phone, consider disabling it too as it may cause issues within the app and its connection to the service.
