Access online - Moto E

Access online - Moto E

I can't access online with a Moto E.

I turned off my phone and redowloaded the app multiple times but everytime I try to log in with my email or with other accounts linked to facebook profiles it says that there are problems and to try again later. My firmware is updated so I don't know what is the problem.

Hi. You should be logging in using your spotify user name and not an email address. Alternatively, if your account is linked to facebook, use the facebook log in option. This requires that the facebook app is installed on your device.
