Account is use somewhere else

Account is use somewhere else

My account keeps randomly pausing saying it is being used elsewhere, I have a premium family account an not all the user profiles are being used how can I stop it doing this, thanks

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community! Sounds like someone else is using your account!

 

We're sorry to hear about it! To take care of this issue, please head to the Account Overview. In there, click on "SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE" and then proceed to "SET PASSWORD", which should be below the sign out option 😄

Once you've followed these steps, you should be free of this unknown device!

 

And just to let you know, Family Account does not grant permission to other users in your plan to take control or use somehow your user!
