Ads while driving

My Question or Issue

OK, I get it that ads need to be run in order to make it worth it for Spotify to provide free music.  I don't even mind them, as they are usually short both in duration as well as the amount of them. What really annoys me is the asking of me to use my phone while driving. "Tap now to listen to 30 minutes of ad-free music". "Go ahead, tap now"/ I am NOT going to find my phone, open it up and then tap the ad.  Please stop encouraging people to drive in an unsafe manner. If youy must play ads, just play the ads without the prompting of getting out one's phone.

But i’m driving;Spotify you are distracting me from the road. Please disable this feature when we are driving. Not only that, your ads sometimes dont play and will shut down the entire app or kick me out of my playlist leaving me to restart it. 

Highly suggested, don’t give an ad-free option for users who are driving. It’s as bad as texting and driving. It’s wreck-less to encourage your users to listen to ads IF they click listen to ads. I am honestly sick of it.

You're still doing it, Spotify! Seven months later. Maybe it'll be like the complaints about loud ad volume. People have been complaining since 2012 but you keep doing it. Waiting for them to regulate like they did radio and TV? Why not just do the right thing. Get rid of the "swipe now" ads; they're dangerous. And turn down your ads; it's borderline illegal aside from being F***ING annoying.
