After an app crash, it logged me out and lost all my downloaded playlists

My app was not responding when I am adding songs to playlists on Spotify. It crashed and after a hard phone restart and reopened the app, it logged me out and I lost all my downloaded stuff like playlists. How do I fix this?

Device: Samsung Galaxy S8

Android Version: Pie (9), One UI 1.0

Judging by the description of the issue, it seems your Spotify app's cache has been removed (this was probably the reason for the crash). In this case, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall and then making sure that Spotify is set as an exception in any battery- or memory-optimizing services on your device.
