After restarting my mobile phone all downloads are gone

Hello, I habe an Premium account, and in the android app I download some music to listen them offline. I save them on the SD-Card. It works until I restart my mobile. Then nothing is downloaded anymore. And if I check the options then it says "save to the phone" so I have to change it again to SD-Card and download everything again. I deletet already the app and did a new installation. Allways the same. I have android 5.0.

Can someone help?

Hey @MarioK756 and welcome to our Community!

That's not cool. Please follow the steps here:

• Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.

• Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.

• Reinstall the app with the steps here and make sure to remove your SD card during the process.

• Save your offline tracks again.

the same problem again. 2 weeks it was working, but now all my downloads are gone. I use only on mobile phone and on the spotify page at offline device is also only one phone... So what else can I do? in the options of my mobile phone it changed again from saving on sdcard to phone. But I did not change it, and all my music from the sdcard ist not there anymore. So I have to change to SD-card again and then download again.
