Albums defaulting to shuffle

Despite taking shuffle off downloaded albums, ever time I play them again they are back on shuffle. It seems to default to this all the time. Any suggestions?

Have you tried reinstalling the app? You can read here how to do this. You'll lose your downloads though, so you'll need to re-download them.
