All Downloads are gone after reboot// Can't login in offline mode

Hello,

Sometimes I restart my android device.

Whenever I do this, I have to log me in again. When I'm logged in again. After that All my Downloads are gone, but Spotify still has all the data amount (ca. 20GB) on the SD card. 

I tried to fix this, going in offline mode when I am away from home, but when I restart my device with Spotify offline mode I can't even log me in again, because the app says that I have to go online before I can log me in so I HAVE to reinstall the app to download all the music again. This is very annoying!
