All Songs and Playlists are erased after restart of the mobile phone

My Question or Issue

After each restart of my mobile phone all songs loaded offline are deleted and all playlists are gone. The storage location is then again the internal memory instead of the SD card. Then all songs have to be reloaded and copied back to the SD card. The SD-Card is formatted for Android 9, all other apps works good, all updates and new versions of the Spotify app are loaded, and it has already been uninstalled and reloaded. What could be the reason? Any ideas? Thanks a lot!
