All my downloaded songs, playlists and albums are gone on my Android phone

All of my Spotify songs, albums and playlists that I downloaded are gone and I don't know what happened.

Yesterday (March 24, 2024), I had all my Spotify downloaded songs, playlists and albums here. But today (March 25, 2024), all my Spotify downloaded songs, playlists and albums were gone and deleted.

I am a Premium user along with my other users (jerzideva, Po Wan Luk, Koi<33, David Chai, lukfannyluk). 

I live in Canada and my device that I am using is Samsung Galaxy S8 and running on One UI 1.0 (Android 9.0).

It's worth mentioning that downloaded content will be stored on your device for 30 days before you need to resync it going online. 

Is this the first time that you lost your downloads in the app and have you noticed if a specific action led to it? 

If you're using an SD-card on your phone then we recommend removing it, giving the app a clean reinstall as it can help with corrupted cache and resolve different issues with Spotify's performance and then re-download the content without the card. You can follow the steps in this article.
