Welcome to the Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out!

 

Just to confirm, could you check if the country settings for your Spotify account are set properly? If you're using a VPN, try disabling it to see if that does the trick.

 

Also, make sure you've allowed Spotify to access your network / mobile data. You can do this in your phone's Settings > Apps. It's also worth checking if switching to another network helps: you can ask a friend or a relative to create a mobile hotspot for you to connect to.

 

Something else you can try is rebooting your phone. If the issue persists, try performing a clean reinstall of the app.
