All tracks "not available" offline - premium user

All tracks "not available" offline - premium user

I have had no access to offline music for a few days now, both on my computer and on my HTC. On my computer I can listen to tracks online, but that doesn't even work on my HTC (I can see all the "what's new", do searches etc, and all my playlists are there, it's just all in grey writing and when I try to play it it ways "this track is not available").

 

I have a premium subsription, and changed the credit card details a few days ago. I was thinking maybe the registration of the new payment was slow, but when logging on to my profile on spotify.com, it says my premium subscription is valid and up and running.

 

I have logged in and out several times, deinstalled, switched off, reinstalled on my HTC... I recently got the latest version of spotify on my HTC, could that have something to to with it?

 

I already posted this question in another thread, but got no reply. I've been searching the forum for advice, and feel I've tried everything. 


What could the problem be? How do I solve it?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and have suffered the same ish. I've come home, tried to connect over wifi and now I've lost ALL of my play lists. To say I'm not impressed is an understatement!
