Android 13 - settings for audio quality blocked on Premium

Hi! I have had Spotify since it appeared - now on an Oneplus 9 ProNone with Android 13. I have the "normal" problem with the bad audio sound on Spotify - and no matter what I do, i have a "lock" on the setting in Spotify app thay could improve the quality - such as sound quality which is on "automatic"  and download quality which is "normal". As far as I can see there's no restrictions on the phone - and I have litterally been everywhere to change setting. Am I the only one which has this problem?

Thanks for reaching out and thank you for being with us all this time! 

Do you have this issue only on the aforementioned OnePlus phone or on other devices too? If you haven't tested this, please do so. Also, send us some screenshots of what you see in the app settings so we can get a better idea of the behaviour.
