[Android] Android TV (Philips) - unblock access to TV remote functions

Dear Spotify developers,

Thanks for the Android TV app; it has become my app of choice to listen to music.

However, the access to some of the remote functions is blocked on my Philips TV. Specifically, the "Settings" and the "TV" buttons do not work, when Spotify is open in the foreground. This makes it difficult to adjust the volume of the external speakers (headphones) as those are adjusted in the TV settings and not via the volume control. It requires minimizing the Spotify app, i.e. doing an additional click for seemingly no particular reason.

Could you please enable access to all remote buttons when Spotify is running in the foreground?

(And while you're at it, could you also re-assign the "fast forward" and "rewind" remote buttons to work like "skip to next track" and "skip to previous track" correspondingly?)
