Android App and Amazon Echo stops playing Spotify

Hi I noticed recently a very disturbing issue - everynow and then Spotify pauses playing music. It happens at random and happens on ALL devices except my laptop. I have Spotify connected to my phone (Android), Amazon Echo & Echo Dot and my laptop. However it seems to happen only on my laptop.

I asked a friend (also from PL) if he has the same issue on his iPhone and he confirmed. Is this maybe an issue concerned with my location (Poland)? Anyone else having this problem and knows how to solve this?

It is becoming really annoying.
