Android App not loading emails

Hey Spotify,

For the past 4 days, I've been unable to load albums on my phone. When I click an album it gets stuck on the black loading screen (see attachments). I have cleared my cache and re-installed the app but it's still not working. 

I can still open playlists and play music, but I'm getting frustrated not being able to play my favourite albums as that is my preferred way of listening to music.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

Just to confirm, is this only happening on your phone or on other devices as well? 

If this only happens on your phone, you mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a regular one?

If that doesn't do the trick, could you ask a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your phone to see if they can replicate this behavior?

We'll be on the lookout.
