Android app has multiple issues on tablet and phone

My Question or Issue

There are so many issues on both devices that haven't been there in the past:

Albums and artists don't load for minutes. 

Downloads are so slow they take ages. 

After hitting start or stop button nothing happens for seconds. 

Music stops every 10 minutes with headphones on. 

Those issues occur regularly on my phone and on my tablet in online and offline mode. I have premium, a perfect connection and reinstalled a few times. The app worked perfectly on both devices weeks ago but now it's absolute **bleep**! To say it clear: your updated app is a nightmare, you really have to fix this because like this deezer is the better option.

We can recommend that you check the phone and tablet's battery settings and make sure that Spotify is set as an exception if you're using the battery optimization option.

It's also a good idea to check that Spotify has the permissions to run in the background.

If that's not causing the issue, could you let us your Spotify versions and, if possible, try logging in on a friend's or family member's account to see if the issue persist?
