Android app says "No Internet available"

My Question or Issue

I wanted to search a song and it kept failing by showing no results and showing the infobar claiming I have no internet. I'm not in offline mode. I did have internet, tested with browser. I tried closing the app, multiple times. This did not work. Only force-stopping the app seemed to fix the issue.

As we haven’t seen any similar posts about this recently, could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

If this is only happening on the app on your mobile device, we'd suggest connecting to a different internet connection (preferable WiFi) to see if that helps.

You can also try some other basic troubleshooting steps like logging out and back in the app, making sure the app is updated or even a thorough reinstallation of the app.
