Annoying pop up bubble

Using the Galaxy S10.  Everytime I switch to a different app, an annoying little bubble pops up with the current song that stays on top of all my other apps.  Even if I go back to Spotify, there it is.  I can close it out, but it's cumbersome and half the time it stops the music.

How do i get rid of this?  I don't see any settings for it.

Hello, I had the same problem but then I realized I turned that option on my phone Galaxy S10 in: 1 Phone Settings. 2 -advaced features-  3 smart pop-up view, then search and unselect Spotify and your annoying pop-up notification will disappear. Have a nice day
