My Question or Issue

My old Spotify account had a storage problem (keeps switching to internal storage by itself) and I decided to make a new account. This new account however had issues too. Nothing about the storage but the user interface. Kindly refer to the attached file for more info. Does anyone experience this? Everytime I want to download music, it will temporarily hang the phone for about 6 seconds (music will still play) and it will then load the specific album/song that I chose. I find this very annoying 😡 because I can't bulk download songs. If anyone here knows how to solve this issue please notify me, thanks.
