My Question or Issue

For the last few days; I can not get Spotify to open on my phone.  I have tried thru Waze, and thru Google Maps and it immediately crashes and brings up the three options to close, report, or view info.  I have cleared data, cache, and done the clean install two separate times.  I have also tried another account, and it also is not working on my phone.  Is there any idea what the issue may be?  My last update was Jan 8th I believe per my Play Store Updates.
