App crashes when open artists and albums

My Question or Issue

Last week I can't open any album nor artist, only playlists. This happens opening albums/artists in the search and the library and when I try to open them, the app crashes. Web App works fine.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.

Also, attach a screen recording of what you’re seeing exactly and I’ll take a closer look for you.

Hi @Billy-J ... yes I tried the clean unninstall, even updating it, and still. The app version is 8.5.70.868. My android version is 6.0.1

P.S.: I have to attatch a .zip file because the forum rejects the file when it is a supported format (.mp4) lol

I have been having the same issue.

When I click on an Artist to go to their Artist Page, the app crashes.

When I click on an Album to go to an album, the app crashes.

I just received a new phone and just installed on a new phone (LG G8X ThinQ), and I am having the same crashes as my old phone (LG V20).

App Version:  8.5.70.868
