My Question or Issue

 

 

In the middle of a song the app crashes and I have to unlock my phone again and start the app in order to play music. Very annoying.

Also while I'm in offline mode and want to go online in order to search for a new song, it still says that I'm in offline mode, and I have to close the app down and start it up again in order to make it work.

Please fix this, this is an app that millions of people are using so you should fix these bugs quickly.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps to complete the reinstall,

If you're still having trouble, could you try removing your offline devices here to see if that makes a difference?

Tried that, it still hasn’t fixed the problem.

Could you try using another internet connection (peferrably Wi-Fi) to see if that makes any difference?
